Trying something new for the first time is fun and exciting. The idea is that engaging in a brand new activity each week leads to increased learning and happiness.
Each week I try a new activity that I haven't done before. The activity can be anything that is a new experience. It may be something seemingly small, or a larger activity. The important thing is that the new experience is something brand new to me that will contribute in some way to my well-being, learning, and happiness.
